Lal Saag Aur Soyabean ki Sabji

अमरंथ लीव्स या लाल स्पिनच या लाल पालक या लाल साग या चौलाई का साग बोहोत ही पोस्टिक और लाभदायक है इसे पावर हाउस ऑफ़ आयरन भी कहा जा सकता है इसमें और भी कही गुण है जैसे विटामिन्स, मिनरल्स, प्रोटीन्स, कार्बोहाइड्रेट्स और फिबेर्स जो इसे हेअल्थी बनती है और ये हम बनाएंगे होम-स्टाइल


Ingredients Quantity
Laal saag 500gms
Refined oil 1 tbsp.
Cumin seeds 1 tsp.
Dry red chilies 4-5 no’s
Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp.
Garlic (Chopped) 1 tbsp.
Green chillies (Chopped) 3-4 no’s
Onion (Chopped) 2 no’s
Tomatoes (chopped) 4 no’s
Salt to taste
Coriander Powder 1 ½ tbsp.
Red chili powder 1 tsp.
Turmeric ½ tsp.
Garam Masala 1 tsp.
Amchur powder (Dry Mango powder) (1 tsp.
Soya nutrie (Soaked) 200 Gms
Coriander (Chopped 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:
1 Take the laal saag and wash properly and take the leaves out from the steam.
2 Heat oil in a pan and quickly sautéed the laal saag, once cool down blend it to a coarser paste in
A food blender by adding little water
3 Soaked some soya in a hot water and keep a side
4 Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, 4-5 dry red chillies, chopped ginger and garlic
5 add chopped green chillies and sautéed well
6 Add chopped onions and sautéed till golden brown, then add chopped tomatoes and cook well
7 Add salt and mix well till tomatoes are cooked
8 add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric, and garam masala and amchur powder for some tanginess
9 Cook all the spices well to avoid any rawness in food
10 now add the blended laal saag to the spice mixture and cook well
11 squized the soya to take out all the access water and add to the laal saag
12 Garnish with coriander sprig and Serve hot with Roti or Naan.
