Marinated lamb chops cooked and served in creamy sauce.LAMB POPSICLES IN CREAM SAUCEIngredients8 lamb chops with handles1½ tbsps Dijon mustard paste1½ tbsps white wine5 tbsps oil1 tbsp chopped garlic¼ tsp turmeric powder¼ tsp paprika powder¼ tsp red chilli powder 4 tsps lemon juice2 cups fresh cream¼ tsp dried fenugreek leaves powderSalt to tasteMethod1. Put Dijon mustard paste in a bowl, add white wine and mix well. Marinate the lamb chops in it for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.2. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a deep pan, add garlic and saute till brown. Add turmeric powder and saute.3. Add paprika powder, red chilli powder and lemon juice and mix well.4. Add fresh cream and mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.5. Add dried fenugreek leaves and mix. Add salt and mix and cook for 1 minute.6. Heat 3 tbsps oil in another pan, place the lamb chops upright and pour the remaining marinade over them. Cook, turning them, till the chops are cooked and lightly coloured on all sides.7.
