Lamb Stew with Potato and Courgette Recipe

Auntie Saniye is sharing a delicious stew recipe with us today. We hope you enjoy it.

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Some black pepper
Some salt
3 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
3 potatoes, chopped in cubes
2 chopped tomatoes
300g of boiled lamb meat
1 chopped sweet red pepper
1 chopped carrot
2 small courgettes OR 1 average-sized courgette, peeled in stripes and chopped
