Learn how to make hot yet flavorful Gujarati style lasaniya bateta with Toral .Ingredients: · 8-10 Steamed Potatoes· 1 Tomato· 20 slices Garlic· 1 chopped Onion· ½ tsp. Red Chili Powder· ½ tsp. Turmeric· 2 tsp. Coriander Powder· 1 tsp. Cumin· 1 piece Ginger· 6-7 whole Red Chilies· 1 cup Water· 6-7 tbsp. Oil· Salt to taste Method: For the paste: In a mixer jar, mix the tomato, garlic, cumin, coriander powder, turmeric, whole red chilies, ginger, salt and water, to form a paste. For the Subzi: 1. Heat some oil into a frying pan. Add the chopped onion and red chili powder, and stir for 2-3 minutes.2. Now pour the paste into the pan and cook for 7-8 minutes.3. Then add the potatoes and half a cup of water, and let it cook for 5-6 minutes.
