Lauki Aloo ki Sabzi | Aloo Lauki ki Sabji | Indian Mom's Kitchen

Lauki Aloo ki Sabzi is a very healthy dish. Lauki or Bottle Gourd has many health benefits. In this video, I have shown how to make Aloo Lauki ki Sabji very easily at home. Given below are the ingredients of this Aloo Lauki Sabzi.

Ingredients:
(In the order of instructions)
1 medium-sized Lauki/Bottle Gourd
2 Tomatoes
2 Green Chillies
1/2 inch Ginger piece
2 tbsp Mustard Oil
1/2 tsp Ajwain
2 Cinnamon sticks
1 Bay leaf
2 Dry Red Chillies
1 tbsp Besan
1 large Potato
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
1/2 cup Water
A handful of Coriander leaves
