Delicious and lip-smacking recipe made with bottle gourd and raw mango LAUKI AUR KACHI KAIRI KI SUBZIIngredients1 Bottlegourd (lauki), peeled and chopped into cubes2 medium raw mangoes (keri), finely chopped3 tbsps oil½ tsp cumin seeds½ tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste2 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped¼ tsp red chilli powder½ tsp coriander powder½ tsp garam masalaChopped fresh coriander for garnishMethod1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add cumin seeds and sauté till it splutters. Add bottle gourd, raw mangoes, turmeric powder and salt, mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.2. Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Cook on medium heat till tomatoes turn pulpy.3. Transfer prepared subji in a serving bowl.4.
