Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add grated lauki and sauté for 4-5 minutes. 2. Add milk, continue to cook for 3-4 minutes. Add sugar and mix well. 3. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.4. Add khoya, chironji, pistachios, almonds and green cardamom powder. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. 5. Transfer into a serving bowl. Garnish with pistachios, almonds and serve hot or cold.
