Your white sauce is ready. Set aside.Directions for Red sauce Preparation:3. In a pan heat oil and add garlic. Cook for a minute. Add onion and cook until translucent.4. Add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add ketchup and cook for 2-3 minutes.5. Add oregano, chili flakes, salt and cook until desired consistency has reached. Your red sauce is ready. Set aside.Directions for Sauteed Veggies Preparation:6. In a pan heat oil and add garlic. Cook for a minute. Add green capsicum, red capsicum, carrot, sweet corn, broccoli and saute for 2-3 minutes.7.
