Learn Chirashi - Scattered Sushi By Shreeya | India Food Network

Chirashizushi or "scattered sushi" is generally a bowl of sushi rice topped with a variety of sashimi and garnishes. In this recipe Shreeya uses a mould to shape the rice topped with salmon and tuna.

Ingredients
30g cooked sushi rice
20g chopped tuna
10g chopped salmon
1 tbsp green apple
Spring onions chopped for garnish
1 tbsp white sesame roasted
1 tbsp togarashi (japanese chilli powder)
1 tbsp flying fish eggs (optional)
