LEFTOVER ROTI LADDOO

Ingredients

4 leftover rotis
1½ tsp ghee
½ cup milk
1 cup grated jaggery
¼ tsp green cardamom powder

Method

1. Tear the leftover rotis and add them in a blender. Blend to a fine powder.
2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add milk and jaggery. Cook on low heat till the jaggery melts.
3. Add green cardamom powder and blended powder. Mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Switch off heat.
4. While the mixture is still warm, shape the mixture into medium sized laddoos.
5. Transfer on a serving platter.
6. Serve immediately.
