LEFTOVER ROTI LADDOOIngredients4 leftover rotis1½ tsp ghee½ cup milk1 cup grated jaggery¼ tsp green cardamom powderMethod1. Tear the leftover rotis and add them in a blender. Blend to a fine powder.2. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add milk and jaggery. Cook on low heat till the jaggery melts. 3. Add green cardamom powder and blended powder. Mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Switch off heat.4. While the mixture is still warm, shape the mixture into medium sized laddoos.5. Transfer on a serving platter. 6.
