A delicious and simple snack that can be made using leftover rotis.LEFTOVER TADKA ROTIIngredients4–5 leftover chappati 2 tablespoons oil1 teaspoon mustard seeds1 teaspoon cumin seeds5 – 6 garlic cloves, chopped1-2 green chillies, chopped1 medium onion, chopped1 medium tomato, chopped½ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoon coriander powder2 teaspoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons yogurtSalt to taste2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander + for garnishToasted sesame seeds for garnishingMethod1. Break the chappati into small pieces, heat a nonstick pan with oil.2. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle, add cumin seeds and sauté until they change their colour.3. Add garlic , green chillies and sauté well, add onion, mix well and sauté till it goes translucent.4. Add tomatoes and sauté until they go soft and pulpy, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and sauté well. 5. Add yogurt, mix well and sauté for 2 minutes. Add chappati pieces and toss well.6. Add salt and mix well, add chopped coriander and remove from heat.7.
