Garlic is the star of this recipe!LEHSUN KI SABJIIngredients1 cup garlic cloves, peeled2 tbsps mustard oil1 tsp cumin seeds1 medium onion, chopped1 medium tomatoes, finely chopped1 green chilli, choppedSalt to taste½ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp red chilli powder2 tsps coriander powderChopped fresh coriander leaves for garnishMethod1. Heat 1 tbsp mustard oil in a non-stick pan, let it smoke. Add garlic cloves and sauté well till golden brown. Take it off the flame and keep aside.2. Heat remaining oil in another non-stick pan, let it smoke. Add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Add tomatoes and green chilli, cook till tomatoes are pulpy. 3. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and a little water, mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.4. Add the cooked garlic and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.5.
