Heat a non-stick pan. Add sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest and mix well.2. Pour this mixture into a bowl of egg yolks and whisk continuously.3. Pour the mixture back into the pan, cook on low heat, stirring continuously till the mixture thickens.4. Add butter and whisk again. 5. Transfer the lemon curd mixture into a bowl and let it cool.6.
