Macaroni soup with a predominant lemony flavour and tasteLEMON PASTA SOUPIngredients½ cup boiled macaroni2 lemons1 kaffir lime leaf5 cups vegetable stock1 spring onion2 tbsps finely chopped carrot2 tbsps corn2 tbsps chopped mushroomsSalt to taste1 fresh red chilli3-4 broccoli florets2 tsps cornstarch mixed in ¼ cup water Method1. Heat vegetable stock in a deep non-stick pan. Tear lime leaf and add.2. Chop spring onion and add. Add carrot, corn, mushroom, salt and fresh red chilli and let the mixture come to a boil.3. Add macaroni and mix. Cut broccoli into small florets.4. Add 2 tsps cornstarch water and mix. Add broccoli and mix.5.
