It is a great travel food and is a healthy lunch box recipe.IngredientsVegetable OilTsp of Mustard seeds1/2 pinch of chopped GingerAsafoetida10 to 12 chopped Cashews / Channa dal/ Udit dal ( Optional)Red ChilliesTsp of TurmericSalt to TasteCurry leavesBowl of Cooked Rice2 Lemon JuiceMethod- Heat a pan, add Vegetable Oil, once the oil is hot add tsp of Mustard seeds and let it crackle.
