INGREDIENTS2 tbsp oil2 tbsp peanut1 tsp mustard1 tsp urad dal1 tsp chana dal1 dried red chilli1 inch ginger, finely chopped2 chilli, finely choppedpinch hing / asafoetidafew curry leaves¼ tsp turmeric2 cup cooked rice½ tsp salt2 tbsp lemon juice In a pan add oil and fry the peanuts n low flame keep the fried peanuts aside.in the same oil add 9 if needed add one more spoon oil)1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp urad dal, 1 tsp chana dal, 1 dried red chilli. also add chopped ginger, 2 green chilli, pinch hing and few curry leaves.splutter the tempering on medium flame.add in ¼ tsp turmeric and saute slightly.further, add 2 cup cooked rice and ½ tsp salt.mix well making sure everything is well combined. Also, add 2 tbsp lemon juice. mix well.
