Preheat oven to 180˚ C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Beat together egg and egg yolk in a bowl till light. Add castor sugar and beat. 3. Add lemon juice, lemon zest and icing sugar and beat well. Add flour and cornflour and fold till well combined. 4. Fill the mixture in a piping bag fitted with a nozzle and pipe out small portions on the lined tray. 5. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.6. To make the filling, put butter in a bowl. Add powdered sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice and cream cheese and whisk well. Transfer in a piping bag.7.
