Stuffed Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese Sandwich Recipe - Ingredients:1 pound boneless pork shoulder1 sliced onion2 garlic cloves1 can plum tomatoVegetable StockCold Pulled Pork1/2 Cup Fontina Cheese1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese1/2 Cup MayonnaiseChopped parsley1 tbsp ButterWhole sourdough milk breadHot sauce of preferenceSteps:1. Sear the boneless pork shoulder on all sides2. Add sliced onion and garlic cloves3. Saute until translucent and fill the pot with crushed plum tomatoes and vegetable stock4. Simmer on low heat for two to three hours5. Let chill until use6. Cut two thick slices of bread, 2 inches wide at least, and make a pocket on each slice7. Fill the pockets with half the cheeses and all the pulled pork with its pan sauce8. Spread mayonnaise on all sides of the sandwich9. On a griddle or cast iron pan, add butter on medium-low heat, and sear one side of the sandwich10. When golden brown, flip and add cheese on seared side11. When the next side is golden brown, flip again and add more cheese on the top side12. When cheese has melted, turn over and melt the last side with cheese13.
