I fry it a little and then add the mincemeat to the pot.I add a little water, about a quarter cupThere is 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp chili pepper flakes hereI am adding those spices tooI continue to fry with spices. Our ground beef is roasted when there is no water left in it.When the ground beef is roasted, we can add the boiled green lentils to the pot.After mixing it for a while, add a glass of water to it.The water also started to boil, I cook for five minutes and turn off the stove.I take some of the water and mix it into the yogurt. Yogurt temperature should be increased.Now I add the yogurt little by little to the pot.After mixing the yogurt, I also add the garlic.I get the garlic mixed in too.Then I take it to the serving plate.Now I'm going to prepare the tomato paste sauce on it.I fry the tomato paste in olive oil and add two spoons of water.It doesn't take so long my sauce is also ready. I pour the tomato paste sauce over the food on the serving plate.
