You'll truly wish you've been eating fries this way all along.INGREDIENTS:1 1/2 cups french fries, baked or fried1 pound sirloin steak, cut into thin stirps2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced1 red onion, cut into thin wedges4 plum tomatoes, cut into wedges and seeded3 tablespoons aji amarillo paste1/4 cup soy sauce2 tablespoons red wine vinegar2 teaspoons cuminCilantro to serveSalt & pepper to tasteOil for panSTEPS:1.) Heat oil in a skillet on med-high heat. Pat dry steak strips and season with cumin, salt, pepper. Add beef to brown for a few minutes.2.) Add onion and garlic. Stir and saute, until softened. Add aji amarillo paste, soy sauce, and vinegar. Mix well. Add tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle in cilantro.3.)
