1 lb. pork belly
½ lb. pork ear
½ lb. Pig snout (maskara)
¼ cup chicken liver, chopped
2 pieces yellow onion, chopped
1 piece red onion, finely chopped
8 pieces Thai chili pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons chili paste
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Soy sauce to taste
2 tablespoons margarine
