MAASH PITIKA
Ingredients
4 darnerohu or gori fish
2 teaspoon mustard oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 green chillies, chopped
Salt to taste

Method

1. Heat 1 teaspoon mustard oil in a non-stick grill pan ,placerohu fish and cook from both the side for 10-15minutes on a medium heat and drain on an absorbent paper.
2. Remove the flash and discard the bones and set aside
3. Combine together cooked fish, onion, green chillies, salt, remaining mustard oil and mix well, serve immediately.
