MAC N CHEESE BOWLIngredients4 buns¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese50 grams processed cheese1 tbsp butter1 tbsp refined flour¾ cup milkSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste1½ cups boiled macaroni pasta¼ medium capsicum, cut into ½ inch cubes¼ medium red bell pepper, cut into ½ inch cubes¼ medium yellow bell pepper, cut into ½ inch cubes¼ cup boiled corn kernelsChopped fresh coriander leaves for garnishMethod1. Preheat oven at 180º C.2. Take buns on a worktop. With a knife cutout a deep cavity in the centre.3. Melt butter in a non-stick pan. Add refined flour and make a light roux, stirring continuously.4. Add milk and mix well. Cook till the mixture boils, stirring continuously.5. Add cheese and mix well. Cook for a minute on medium heat, stirring continuously.6. Add salt, black peppercorns and mix well. Cook for a minute on medium heat.7. Add pasta and mix well. Add capsicum, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and corn kernels. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat till mixture turns creamy.8. Take buns on a baking tray. Fill the cavity with the prepared mixture. Grate and add processed cheese. Bake in a preheated oven for 2-3 minutes or till cheese melts.9. Tarnsfer on a serving plate. Garnish with coriander.10.
