Turmeric Powder1 tsp. Black Pepper Corns1 tsp. Cloves8 Green Cardamoms2-inch stick of Cinnamon3 Bay Leaves½ cup Fried Onion Slices¼ cup Fried Garlic Slices6 Red Chillies⅛ tsp. Fenugreek Seeds1 tsp. Ginger Powder3 sprigs Curry LeavesMethod:-- Roast the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, black peppercorns, fenugreek seeds, cloves, curry leaves, cinnamon, green cardamoms and bay leaves on a low flame for 10-12 minutes.
