Ingredients for both recipe:
Chinese Maggi - How to Make ?
Chinese Maggi -
Garlic - 4-5 cloves
Oil - 2 tbsp
Schezwan Chutney - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Cabbage, Red Capsicum, Green Capsicum, Onion, Carrot - as per choice around 1 cup
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper - ½ tsp
Maggi - 2 packets of Rs 12 each
Red Food Color - optional
Water - 1 - ½ glass
Spring Onion - to garnish

Chilly Cheese Maggi :
Oil - 1 tbsp
Green chilli - 4 slits
Capsicum - 1 julienned
Salt - to taste
Water - 1 ½ glass
Coriander Chopped - 2 tbsp
White pepper powder - ½ tsp
Cheese Slices - 2
Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
