Malvani Amboli, How to make Amboli, Maharastrian Pancake Amboli#amboli #MaharastrianRecipeIngredients for AmboliSoaked rice - 1 cup Soaked Urad Dal - ½ cup Baking soda - ¼ tsp Salt - ¾ tsp Oil - 1 to 2 tbsp How to make Amboli 1- Take a cup of rice, wash it, soak it for 3 to 4 hours and after soaking it, grind it finely in the grinder jar.2- After grinding it, pour it in a separate bowl.3- Take a cup of Urad Dal, wash and soak it in the water for 3 to 4 hours. 4- After 4 hours, separate the extra water from it. 5- After separating the water, add it in the grinder jar followed by 1 to 2 tablespoons of water to it. 6- Grind it finely too and pour it in the bowl along with the paste of rice. 7- Stir to blend well and add a ¼ teaspoon of baking soda to it. 8- The batter is ready to be fermented, keep it aside to ferment for 10 to 12 hours. 9- After fermenting it, stir slowly and some water for rectifying its consistency. 10- Add a ¾ teaspoon of salt to it and stir well. 11- Preheat a griddle and grease it with oil. 12- Spread a tablespoon of batter evenly in circular motion on it. 13- Spread some oil over and around it.14- Cover and cook until it is dark from the bottom for 3 to 4 minutes on medium flame. 15- After 3 minutes, flip it and cook until brown from another side too. 16- The amboli has cooked and it has become slightly dark too. 17- Cook all the Ambolis likewise. 18- The Ambolis are ready to be served. Serving 1- 8 to 10 Ambolis can be cooked from the prepared quantity of batter. 2- Serve it along with peanut dip, coconut dip and green coriander dip.
