Chicken keema is a wonderful nutritious and healthy dish. Chicken is cooked with corn, onion, garlic, tomatoes and spices which gives this dish a great flavor.MAKAI MURGH KEEMAIngredients1 cup corn, boiled2 cups chicken mince2 medium onions2 tbsps oil1 tsp cumin seeds2 green chillies, chopped1 cup yogurt1 tsp cumin powder2 tsps coriander powderSalt to taste2 tbsps ginger-garlic paste½ tsp garam masala powder1 tbsp roasted and powdered dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)Method1. Chop onions roughly.2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and saute till they begin to change colour. Add onions and saute till lightly coloured.3. Add green chillies and saute. Add chicken mince and ½ cup yogurt and mix, mashing lightly.4. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and boiled corn and mix well.5. Add ½ cup yogurt and ginger-garlic paste and mix. Add garam masala powder and powdered dried fenugreek leaves and mix well. 6. Cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring in between a couple of times.7.
