Ingredients

2 cups almond milk
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons brown sugar

SWEETENER REPLACEMENTS: 1 pitted medjool date or
1 tablespoon honey


Instructions

1 00:56 - In a blender, combine almond milk, rolled oats, applesauce, greek yogurt, spices, and sweetener option.

2 02:07 - Blend 30-60 seconds until smooth. Pour into 3 pint-sized mason jars.

3 02:30 - Store, with lids on, in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Smoothies will thicken overnight.
