Cook until starts to turn brown. Add cumin seeds, black peppercorns, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick star anise and cook for a min.4. Add yogurt and cook for a min. Add 1/2 cup of water ad cover and cook for 5 mins. 7. Now add tamarind and cook for 1-2 mins. Add mint leaves, green coriander, ginger, lemon slices, green chilies and cook for a min.
