MAKHA SANDESHIngredients2 litres buffalo milk2-3 tbsps yogurt cup grated khoya/mawa cup castor sugar1 tsp green cardamon powder cup Pro V Antioxidant Power Trail MixMethod1. Bring milk to boil in a deep nonstick pan. Add yogurt and allow to boil till the mixture curdles.2. Strain through a muslin cloth and dunk in chilled water to avoid excess cooking. Squeeze out all excess water.3. Transfer in a parat. Add khoya and knead well.4. Add castor sugar and continue to knead till smooth.5. Heat a nonstick pan. Transfer the mixture and mix.6. Add green cardamom powder and cook for 4-5 minutes. Transfer on a plate and allow to cool.7. Chop Pro V Antioxidant Power Trail Mix into small pieces. Add this to the chenna mixture and mix well. Roll into balls.8.
