MAKHAN

Ingredients

3 cups malai
2 tsps yogurt (dahi)
Ice cubes

Method

1. Take malai in a large earthen pot, add yogurt and whisk till well combined. Transfer the mixture into a matka. Set aside for 8-10 hours in the refrigerator.
2. Transfer the mixture into a large pot and add sufficient ice cubes and 2 cups cold water and churn it using wooden churner till the makhan separates.
3. Gently collect the separated makhan and transfer into a bowl.
4. Serve as required.
