Tender paneer coated with delicious cheese yoghurt marinade and grilled to perfection.MAKHMALI PANEER TIKKAIngredients1½ tbsps fresh cream400 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into 1½ inch thick cubes2 tbsp grated cheese2½ tbsps hung yogurt 1½ tbsps gram flour (besan)½ tbsp ginger-green chilli pasteSalt to taste1 tsp dried mango powder (aamchur)400 grams cottage cheese, cut into 1½ inch thick cubes1 medium capsicum, cut into 1½ inch cubes1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1½ inch cubes1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into 1½ inch cubesGreen chutney to serveOnion rings to serveMethod1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.2. Add cheese, yogurt, cream, gram flour, ginger-green chilli paste, salt,dried mango powder in a bowl. Add little water and mix well. 3. Add paneer cubes, capsicum, red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper. Mix well. Set aside to marinate for 30-40 minutes.4. Insert the marinated items in skewers and place the skewers in a greased baking tray.5. Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.6.
