hard shell tacos in my TACO ebook for 10 hours, making sure to only go 1/8 inch thick, this is key! 5-6 inches in diameter is best.

Once theyve dried for about 10 hours, peel off the sheet and mold into taco shells in a taco holder. To keep them open you can place another taco holder on top or use empty spice bottles to keep shape.

Return to the dehydrator for another 8-10 hours or until fully hardened.
