We have been dreaming of this moment for over 4 years.

To be able to finally blend a fresh salad dressing (or a smoothie) with our @vitamix blender on the tailgate using a the dual battery/solar powered system that Nate @rawnattyn8 built!

Now we have power anywhere, even camping completely off grid. Charged by the sun or by driving, this unit will take our camping to the next level! It even keeps our phones charged, our cooler cold and we even got a portable ice machine and itll power too so if we need ice in the desert, we can make it.

This is the kinda stuff we like to geek out on and have fun with! To make a fresh salad dressing on the side of the road is so nice now.

Dressing recipe for 2 salads:

2 cups orange juice
10 dates
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp coconut aminos
2 hot Thai chilis
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp chili powder
3 cloves of garlic

We woulda also added ginger, but we were bummed we didnt have any but it was still epic delicious!!
