Samosa pattis stuffed with creamy cottage cheese and green pea mixture, deep fried to perfection.MALAI PANEER SAMOSAIngredients1 cup grated cottage cheese (paneer)8-12 samosa pattis1 tablespoon oil + for deep-frying 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)5-6 garlic cloves, finely chopped½ inch ginger, finely chopped1-2 green chillies, finely chopped 1 medium onion, finely chopped¼ teaspoon turmeric powder½ cup green peas, boiledSalt to taste 1 teaspoon garam masala powder Refined flour (maida) slurry for sealing Method1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and let the seeds crackle.2. Add garlic, ginger and green chillies, mix and sauté for a minute. Add onions, mix and sauté till translucent. 3. Add turmeric powder and mix. Add green peas and mix. Add cottage cheese, mix well and cook till done. 4. Add salt and garam masala powder, mix well and cook for a minute. Remove from heat.5. Fold samosa pattis into cones, stuff with a portion of cottage cheese mixture and shape into samosas, sealing the edges with slurry. 6. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry samosas till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. 7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
