Heat a deep non-stick pan. Add milk and boil till it reduces to half. Add castor sugar, mix and bring to a boil. 2. Mix citric acid in 1 tablespoon water, add, mix and cook till it curdles slightly. 3. Mix cornflour in some water, add, mix well and cook till the mixture resembles khoya. Remove from heat and cool. 4. Divide the mixture into equal portions, shape into small balls and flatten into pedas. 5. Garnish with almond slivers, pistachio slivers and saffron and serve.
