Malai Puri

Ingredients:

1.Maida
2.Oil for deep frying
3.Sugar mixed with kova

Preparation:

1.Prepare a soft dough with maida,pinch of salt and set aside.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Divide the dough into small equal portions,now stuff the kova mixture in it and prepare a round ball.
4.Now roll the ball into a thin puri and gently drop into hot oil and deep fry.
5.Fry on both the sides evenly and transfer onto a paper napkin.Serve hot.
