Malai PuriIngredients:1.Maida2.Oil for deep frying3.Sugar mixed with kovaPreparation:1.Prepare a soft dough with maida,pinch of salt and set aside.2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying.3.Divide the dough into small equal portions,now stuff the kova mixture in it and prepare a round ball.4.Now roll the ball into a thin puri and gently drop into hot oil and deep fry.5.Fry on both the sides evenly and transfer onto a paper napkin.Serve hot.
