Cream custard made with a combination of white chocolate and fresh mangoes.MANGO CHOCOLATE CUSTARDIngredients1 ripe mango5 tsps mango pulp1 cup grated white chocolate1½ tbsps vanilla custard powder1 cup milk1 cup fresh creamMethod1. Peel mango.2. Take custard powder in a bowl. Add milk and whisk well.3. Heat a non-stick pan. Put custard mixture in it and cook till it thickens. Keep stirring once a while.4. Deseed and roughly chop peeled mango. Divide it between four individual ramekin moulds.5. Add cream to custard and mix well. Switch off heat and transfer the custard into a bowl. Add chocolate and mix well till chocolate melts.6. Add mango pulp and mix well. Pour the custard mixture over the mango pieces in the moulds and refrigerate for 2-2½ hours or till set.7.
