Ripe Kesar mango (peeled & sliced) cup Sugar, For Kalakand1 cup Milk, 3-4 tbsp Sugar, 500 gm Paneer, crumbled, 2 cups Prepared Mango Pulp, A pinch of Saffron, A pinch of salt, tsp Ghee, 2-3 tbsp Mango, chopped, 2-4 no. Pistachios (blanched, Pelled, sliced) A pinch of Saffron, A pinch of Cardamom powder, For GarnishGhee (for greasing tray) 1 Mango, sliced, Mint sprig, Rose petals, For Mango Pudding2 cups Prepared Mango Pulp, cup Sugar, 1 cup Water, 2-3 tbsp Condensed milk, cup Cornstarch, cup Water, For Garnish frozen Butter (for greasing) Whipped cream, Mint sprig, Mango, sliced, ProcessFor Mango PulpIn a bowl, add mango slices, sugar, transfer it into a mixer grinder jar and grind into smooth pulp.Keep it aside for further use.For KalakandIn a shallow pan, add milk, sugar and give it a boil.Add crumble paneer and cook it for 3-4 minutes on low flame.Add prepared mango pulp, saffron, salt to taste and cook until it thickens.
