Mango Kulfi Recipe is very popular dessert recipe. Its main ingredient is Mango. Rabri Kulfi with mango is traditionally prepared by evaporating milk, adding Khoya. It is garnished with cardamom powder, basil leaves. Sugar or as needed 50 gm. Khoya ¼ tsp. Cardamom powder (Elaichi) ½ -1 tsp. Chopped Basil leaves (tulsi) 4 Mangoes How to Make:1) First cut the top of mango thinly to make a mango shell.2) Probe a sharp knife into the mango carefully and rotate slowly till the seed is completely dislodged from the flesh.3) Remove the seed and some flesh of mango carefully with the help of spoon.4) Boil the milk for 5-10 mins.5) Add Khoya and mix well.6) Add Cardamom powder, Sugar and stir till the sugar gets dissolve.7) Simmer the mixture till it thickens.8) Make it cool.9) Add chopped Basil leaves and mix.10) Pour the mixture into mango shells and freeze.11) Cut into 2 or 4 slices and serve chilled.
