The combination of fresh mango and mint makes this raita special.MANGO MINT RAITAIngredients1 ripe Alphanso mango, peeled½ cup fresh mint leaves1½ cups yogurt, chilled1 green chilliSalt to tasteBlack salt to tasteCrushed red chillies for sprinklingMethod1. Roughly chop green chilli and mint leaves.2. Slice the mango and discard the seed. Roughly chop 2 mango slices and place in a blender jar with green chilli and mint leaves and blend well. Add 1 tbsp water and blend again into a fine paste.3. Roughly chop remaining mango slices for garnishing.4. Put yogurt in a bowl. Add ground paste, salt and black salt and mix well.5. Transfer into individual serving bowls, top with chopped mangoes, sprinkle crushed red chillies and serve chilled.
