MANGO PANNA COTTA | MANGO DESSERT | MANGO PUDDING
Panna cotta is an Italian dessert ,
a chilled dessert made with milk,sugar and flavorings and set with gelatin.panna cotta is very easy and quick dessert.
Panna cotta is a very basic pudding that is made of milk with gelatin.
I made this recipe with agar agar and gelatin both.. if you don’t use gelatine so you can use agar agar (chaina grass)..
Mango panna cotta is the best dessert for summer or mango season..


Ingredients -:-:-:MANGO PUDDING OR MANGO PANNA COTTA

1-Layer—-:-:
Mango-2 medium size (1 cup puree-1tsp gelatin)
Sugar -2 tbsp
Gelatine-1 tsp
Mango juice-1/4 cup

2-Layer-:-:
Milk-350 ml
Corn starch-1 tbsp
Agar agar powder-1tsp/gelatine
Or
Agar agar flakes-5-6gm/gelatine
Condensed milk-1/4 cup
Vanilla essence-1 tsp

1cup milk mixture-5-6 gm agar agar (chaina grass)
अगर आपका milk mixture पतला है तो आप agar agar थोड़ा ज़्यादा डाल सकते हैं..
Friends milk mixture ना ज़्यादा thickहो और ना ज़्यादा पतला..
