Sweet and tangy mango side dish from the south will spice up in the simplest of meals.MANGO SASAMIngredients1 large ripe mango1 cup scraped fresh coconut3-4 dried red chillies1 teaspoon mustard seeds2 tablespoons tamarind pulpSalt to taste1½ tablespoons grated jaggery (gur) Method1. Peel and chop mango. Take out the pulp from the seed part and reserve. 2. Blend together coconut, red chillies, mustard seeds, tamarind pulp, salt and jaggery with some water to a semi coarse paste. 3. Mix together chopped mangoes. Reserved mango pulp, prepared paste and salt in bowl. 4. Serve immediately.
