Ingredients:
Milk 1 L
Sugar 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Almonds (chopped) 2 tbsp
Khoya 1/2 cup
Mangoes 1 kg
Murabba Ashrafi (green & red) 1/4 cup
Pistachios (chopped) for garnishing
Almonds (chopped) for garnishing

Directions:
1. Take full fat milk in a pot and bring it to boil on high flame. Once boiled, reduce the heat to medium and keep stirring in between.
2. Boil until it is half in quantity. Now add sugar, cardamom powder, and mix until sugar dissolves.
3. Turn off heat and add khoya, almonds, murabba ashrafi and mix until fully incorporated. Let it cool at room temperature.
4. Take 4-5 mangoes, wash them, cut of top and set aside.
5. Now insert a knife to loosen up the seed of mango. Take it out gently. Put the pulp from the kernel back inside the mango cover.
6. Now fill the mango with prepared rabri, cover it with the top we removed from mango. Place it in a bowl or muffin tray so that the mango stands still.
7. Freeze it for 6-8 hours or overnight. Take out the mangoes, peel it and cut into equal sized discs.
8. Garnish with pistachio, almonds, red syrup and serve it.
