A delicious recipe from the mystical lands of Rajasthan.MANGODI AUR PAPAD KI SABZIIngredients1 cup mangodi3-4 small papads1½ tbsps oil 1 tsp cumin seeds½ tsp mustard seeds1 small onion, chopped½ inch ginger, finely chopped1 tsp finely chopped garlic1 medium tomato, chopped½ tsp turmeric powderSalt to taste2 tsps red chilli powder½ tbsp coriander powder1 tsp Tata Sampann Garam MasalaCoriander leaves for garnishMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, Add cumin and mustard seeds and let them splutter. 2. Add onion and sauté well. Add ginger and garlic, sauté till onion turns golden brown.3. Add tomato, sauté well. Add turmeric powder and salt, mix well, cover and cook till the mixture becomes pulpy.4. Add mangodi and mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.5. Break and add the papads into the pan. Add 1 cup water and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.6. Add Tata Sampann Garam Masala and mix well. Cover and cook for 1 minute, take it off the heat.7.
