Masala Bean Sprouts Roll#Masalabeansproutsroll is a dish which can be served as an indian snack as well a healthy one meal dish. #masalabeansproutsroll #chefharpalsinghsokhi #easyrecipe #recipe #namakshamak #chefharpalsinghsokhi #healthyrecipes Ingredients QuantityGreen chilli 2-3nosBean Sprouts mixed 1½cup Chappati 2 no.Oil 1 tbsp Ginger chopped 1 tbspGreen chillies chopped 2-3 no.Garam masala 1tspTurmeric ¼ tsp Red chilli powder 1 tspTurmeric powder ½ tspChaat masala ½ tspRed chilli sauce 2tbspGreen chilli sauce 2tbspTomato ketchup 2tbsp Peeled Potato and mashed 1 no. Salt to tasteGreen Chutney 1 tbspMethod:1. To make the filling, heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and green chillies and sauté for 1 mins.2. Add potato, bean sprouts, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala , salt, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup mix well and cook for 2-3 mins.3. Remove the filling in a bowl and keep aside4. Place two chapatis on a chopping board and apply green chutney on one side.5. Add spoon full of mixture on one side of chapatis and roll them to make a wrap. 6. Heat a non-stick tawa and place the rolls, toast for a while and add oil , toast from both sides till crisp.7. Cut the wrap into half and place on a serving plate. Garnish with coriander sprig.
