A treat to the non-vegetarians, try this masaledar sandwich stuffed with chicken and grilled. MASALA CHICKEN SANDWICHIngredients400 grams boneless chicken breast, cut into thin strips8 white bread slices2 tbsps oil1-2 green chillies, chopped1 large onion, finely chopped1½ tsps ginger-garlic paste 1 large tomato, finely choppedSalt to taste2 tsps Tata Sampann Chicken Masala 2 tsps lemon juice2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leavesButter for applying4 tbsps grated processed cheeseTomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add green chillies and sauté for a few seconds.2. Add onion, mix and sauté till it turns golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and cook for 1 minute.3. Add tomato and mix. Add salt, mix and cook till the tomato turns soft and pulpy.4. Add chicken and Tata Sampann Chicken Masala, mix and cook on high heat for 4-5 minutes.5. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves, mix and switch the heat off.6. To make the sandwich, apply butter on one side of each bread slice. Place a portion of the chicken mixture on 4 bread slices and sprinkle 1 tbsp cheese on top. Cover these with the remaining bread slices with the buttered side facing down.7. Apply butter on the top of the sandwich.8. Heat a non-stick griller, place the sandwiches on it and grill for 4-5 minutes.9. Diagonally cut the sandwiches in half and place on a serving plate.
