Here's another super popular street food recipe, #MasalaDabeli with #KritiRefinedOil.Ingredients:1 tbsp Dabeli masala 6 tbsp Imli chutney 3 Boiled Potatoes Salt to taste1 tsp Chilli powder 2 tbsp Chopped Onions A handful Green CorianderA handful Pomegranate 2 tbsp Grated Coconut 2 tbsp Masala Peanuts 4 tbsp Nylon Sev 4 tbsp Lehsun chutney 4 tbsp Kriti Refined Oil 4 nos of Pav Method:Mix the dabeli masala, 2 tbsp imli chutney and 1 tbsp water in a kadai.Heat it for 30 seconds, add peeled and mashed boiled potatoes and mix well.Add salt and chilli powder. Check for seasoning. Switch off the flame.Put the mixture on a plate.Sprinkle chopped onions, green coriander, pomegranate, grated coconut, masala peanuts on top of the potato mixture.To assemble, slit the pav into two.Spread lehsun chutney on one half and remaining imli chutney on the other.Put the potato filling with the toppings on one half of the pav and put sev on top and then the other half of the pav.Put a little Kriti Refined Oil on the tawa and heat the stuffed dabeli on the tawa for a minute on each side until golden and crisp on both sidesServe hot.
