Learn to make tasty and crispy #MasalaDalWada with #KritiRefinedOil.Ingredients:3 Cups Chana Daal 1 tsp Dalchini Powder 200g Grated Coconut 1 Chopped Onion 2-3 Chopped Green chilli 10-12 Curry leaves Salt to taste2 Cups Kriti Refined Oil for frying Method:Soak the chana daal in water for 4-6 hours.Drain the chana daal and make a thick paste with little water.Add dalchini powder, coconut, onion, green chilli, curry leaves and salt and mix well.Heat Kriti Refined Oil in a kadai. Once hot, wet your hands and take spoonful of mixture in your palm and make small patties and dip in hot oil carefully.Repeat with the remaining batter.Fry the daal wadas in batches so that the kadai is not too crowded.Fry the wadas for 3-4 minutes on medium flame until they are golden and crisp.Remove the wadas from the oil and drain them on absorbent paper.Serve hot with coconut chutney.
