A simple and easy one to make.Masala Egg Rice | 10 నిమషాల్లో సింపుల్ ఎగ్ మసాలా రైస్ ఇలా చేసుకోవచ్చు | Egg Fried Rice in TeluguIngredients: • Rice : 2 to 3 Cups (cooked) • Butter : 1 ½ Tablespoon • Oil : 1 Teaspoon • Cumin Seeds : ½ Teaspoon • Garlic : 1 Tablespoon (finely chopped) • Onions : 2 Medium sized sliced • Ginger Garlic : 1 Teaspoon • Turmeric Powder : ¼ Teaspoon • Curry Leaves : 2 Shoots • Tomatoes : 3 finely chopped • Red Chili Powder : 1 Teaspoon • Salt : 1 ½ Teaspoon • Coriander Powder : 1 Teaspoon • Garam Masala : ¼ Teaspoon • Eggs : 4 No’s • Pepper Powder : ½ Teaspoon • Coriander Leaves : 3 Tablespoon • Eggs : 2 Boiled Method of Preparation: • In a pan heat 1 ½ Tbs Butter and a Tsp Oil.• Add ½ a Tsp Cumin Seeds, let them splutter.• Add 1 Tbs Garlic finely chopped, let it cook for a while.• Add 2 medium sized Onions sliced, fry them till the colour changes.• Add a Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, and ½ a Tsp Turmeric Powder.• Add 3 to 4 Green Chilies Slit.• Add 3 Tomatoes finely chopped fry or cook them till soft and oil is released.• Add 1 ½ Tbs Coriander Leaves.• In the same pan will add 4 eggs.• Move aside the cooked mixture or curry as in the video.• Let the egg cook till it turns thick on low flame.• Add ½ a Tsp Pepper Powder and ½ a Tsp Salt or as needed.• Mix them as scrambled egg.• Now mix the entire curry mixture and the scrambled egg together.• Add the cooked rice and mix them all.• Stir them all and garnish it with 1 ½ Tbs Coriander Leaves.• Will also add 2 Egg whites grated on it.• Tasty, simple and easy Masala Egg Rice is ready.
